Railhead Cafe and Catering was founded in 2004 By Chef Matthew Gruver C.E.C. Formerly worked as a Certified Executive Chef of various country and yacht clubs in southwest Florida for over 15 years. Growing up in the restaurant business in the Pocono Mountains Pennslyvania then graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. Chef Matt's forty plus years of culinary experience has placed him on cruise boats, dinner train, country clubs, family owned restaurants then owning his own Deli, Cafe, full service bar & restaurant along with a catering business and now a gourmet food truck.
